About Me
I create objects of interest and beauty from code.
I go by the handle 21e6, the scientific notational way of writing 21 million, 21 followed by 6 zeros. A nod to the fixed supply of Bitcoin.

#CodeisArt & #Bitcoin
#CodeisArt
After many years in tech, I've realised that coding is a creative process.
In discovering this, I've finally found my medium, code. I now create objects of interest and beauty from code.
The beauty & art of coding is hidden, a thing that only other coders are able to really appreciate. Creating art from code is a way for people who can't code to see, experience and hopefully appreciate in some way the art form of coding.
I'm fascinated with the Cyber Physical, the Phygital, that blend of the physical world in a digital context or the digital world represented physically.

My perspective on Bitcoin

My time on earth is finite, exchanging my time in this universe for a medium of exchange (money) that is designed to be worth less tomorrow than today is ludicrous.

The system is not broken, but it has been bent, bent by the fool's gold alchemists of our many nation's central banks, who have convinced us to believe that money created without cost has value.

Like the Alchemy charlatans of the past they have managed to turn our unit of exchange into something that is worth less over time. This has resulted in us living in a world where the rewards for our efforts, that are paid to us today in the form of fiat money, is by design, worth less tomorrow.

Bitcoin is the only way I have found that I can ensure the energy expended in my labour is converted into a form of money which can't be devalued. Something worth keeping, of a fixed supply, free from devaluation.

Ordinal inscriptions & bringing it all together.

It's perhaps only natural that I've brought together my love of code & Bitcoin.
To this end I've created and inscribed a collection on Bitcoin, that attempts to answer the question "What does a Bitcoin actually look like?"

Built with code, a generative art project, of 121 pieces, a way to visualize the uniqueness and beauty of Bitcoin, each image made of 100,000,000 pixels (like the 100M satoshi's in a single Bitcoin), clustered together in unique & beautiful forms.
